M&M Casting is a platform that connects actors, performers, and talent (collectively, “Talent”) with casting directors, production companies, and other industry professionals (collectively, “Casting Directors”) for casting opportunities, auditions, and gigs.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and identification
Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers subscription plans with various features and benefits. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
Understand that subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content on the Service

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information obtained through the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M&M CASTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M&M Casting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
